SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Shipments of available stock are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving orders. ALL SHIPMENTS from Fez Studio will ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL within the continental United States unless otherwise stated. This usually takes an average of 3 – 5 business days. We will notify you of delays that may interfere with timely shipment of products if we are provided with your contact information. Shipments to AK, APO/FPO, GU, HI, PR, and VI. May take longer than regular stated time

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please be aware that all online orders are for domestic shipping. All orders over $99 receive free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. If you would like us to ship your order internationally, we will be happy to do that for you. All you have to do is e-mail us with the items you’d like shipped, the destination, and we will e-mail you an invoice which will include the cost of international shipping based on weight.

RETURNS

We pride ourselves in providing you with result-oriented products to meet your needs. We strongly encourage that you e-mail us at fezstudio(at)email.com prior to placing an order if you have any concerns or questions about products. Fez Studio will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may be caused by the ingredients in the products sold through us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you a credit or exchange on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of delivery date. We require that all returns be accompanied by the original sales receipt from Fez Studio AND returned in re-saleable, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that original or return cost of shipping are nonrefundable, and a restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns. We must adhere to the return policies without exception.

Prior to making a return, please email us at fezstudio(at)email.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). In your correspondence, please include the details and reason for items) you wish to return, your name, address, phone number, and order/invoice number. Please indicate if you would like to receive a credit or exchange. In addition, the RAN must be written clearly and legibly on the outside of the packages to be returned. All returns are required to be authorized with the RAN, and any returns received without a Return Authorization number will be automatically sent back to the customer at his/her expense. Please return your package by recorded delivery which allows you to save your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, in the case there is a shipment error. For returns to be processed properly, please include all of the previously stated information and make sure the items are securely wrapped for shipment in the same outer packaging in which they came. Assuming everything is satisfactory, Fez Studio will refund your payment of goods by the original payment method as no later than 30 working days after we have received your package.

For your convenience, Fez Studio accepts the following credit cards:

We cannot accept the following as payment:
• CODs
• Credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.
• Layaway plan
• Money Orders
• Personal Checks
• Money Orders

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. Fez Studio is not responsible for incomplete, malformed addresses or typographical errors.


Sales Tax
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on total merchandise excluding shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions regarding sales tax.


SECURITY FOR TRANSMISSION OF PAYMENT
After you enter and complete your order information, you will be directed to the Authorize.net Secure Payment Page, with advanced Internet security protocols for the transmission of payment data, for entry of your payment/credit card information.

The information required will include:
Cardholder name, Credit card number, Expiration date of the card, Security digits (CVD) on the back of the credit card. You will also be asked to enter your billing address from your credit card statement as a part of our Cardholder Verification services. We maintain compliance with high quality security programs developed by the card associations, such as Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) and MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP). We are committed to providing you with a safe and secure online shopping experience.

When you choose to place your order with us, you may be asked to provide your contact information (name, email address, and telephone number) and your shipping/billing address, credit card number and expiration date.

If you are under thirteen years of age, you may browse our online Site but you may not provide personal information to us. If we become aware that we have unknowingly received personal information from someone who is under the age of thirteen on the Site, we will delete the information from our records.
